In our lives we search the wellness in all areas, many times we can find it, many other time we cannot find it. We have been living in a different styles of diet, teachings etc. From all we have learn, we should know that the inside of all instructions, there is one style, that is good for us, fit to our life and body, our physical system, and alimentary system etc. I have to say, that people has made difficult, that in fact is simple and truthful. God has made us in a perfect body. He has made us in His perfection, equal to His image and likeness. It is our responsibility to take care of it. God has given to us all kind of resources. Health base on the wisdom to prevent y be aware to our physical health, to know what is good and what is not that good, and can be dangerous. Inside that is in us, we should know how to live according to the habits that is good for us.
