How the obstacles are shaped?Any businessmen had a substative growth ambition, but it can not represent that growth ambitin must sicceed to grow up their businesses. However, they must need to solve challenges when they expect grow their businesses successfully. The unpredicted external environment , include market changing and the vision of the owner and their attitudes towards growth will influence whether their businesses can grow up in success.Hence, if the new business can keep negative growth, it ought may suceed. Some strategies , business owners need to consider that these factors will obstacle to their growth, such as during a recession, their businesses ought be difficult to growth, strategic planning is only useful when the business has a definit objective in mind, investment in research and development is too risky, expensive and difficult for a small business, there is no way,we can improve cashflow situation, factoring is only useful, if you ave in trouble, employees do not want formal, pay-related incentives and they are no use in helping business grow, we do not need to engage the staff in a structured, involving way, we can not get recruits to fit our needs, our business don't need to restructure our management as our business grow.⦁How whether what obstacles can affect small business growth?I assume small businesses have general staffs number with 50 or less than 50 staffs .
