How Climate Influences Migrants Desire

What is developing countries people’s acceptable climate change adaptive levelNowadays, climate change influences those developing countries, such as Africa, China, India, Hong Kong etc. which people’s standard of life to be worse seriously. Moreover, such as other Asia, Latin America and small country regions which are facing climate change negative influence seriously. How can these countries’ people who can adapt climate change influence to live in themselves countries? Climate change causes these challenges to above these countries, such as facing shortage of clean natural water and food and greater risks to health and life. Some scientists predicted under a business as usual scenario, greenhouse gas emissions could rise by 25 pre cent to 90 per cent by 2030 year relative to 2000 year and the Earth could warm by 3 degree this century. Even with a temperature rise of 1.25 degree, the predict serious effects including reduced crop yields in topical areas leading to increased risk of hunger, spread of climate sensitive diseases, such as climate sensitive diseases, such as malaria, and an increased risk of extinction of 20 to 30 per cent. Hence, developing countries need international assistance, transfer of technology and capacity building are also needed to reduce the risk of disasters and raise the resilience of communities to increasing extreme events, such as droughts, floods, and tropical cyclones. However, developing countries have very different individual circumstances and the specific impacts of climate change on a country depend on the climate it experiences as well as its geographical, social, cultural, economic and political situations. The main influence sectors of climate change include: agriculture, water resources, human health, terrestrial ecosystems and biodiversity and coastal zones, even the issue concerns that many developing countries’ human migration to other better climate countries to live to cause labor supply shortage challenge in developing countries.Adaption is a process through when societies make themselves better able to cope with an uncertain future. Adapting to climate change entails taking the right measures to reduce the negative effects of climate change ( or exploit the positive ones) by making the appropriate adjustments and changes. There are many options and opportunities to adapt. These range from technologies options, such as increases sea defenses or flood proof houses on stilts to behavior change at the individual level, such as reducing welfare use in times of drought and using insecticide-sprayed mosquito nets. Other strategies include early warming systems for extreme events, better water management, improved risk management, various insurance options, and biodiversity conservation.Because of the speed at which change is happening, due to global temperature rise. So, adaption plans are needed to implement to developing countries. However, assessing the impacts to climate change and subsequently working and adaptions needs requires good quality information. They include climate data, such as temperature rainfalls and the frequency of extreme events, and non-climate data, such as the current situation on the ground for different sectors including water resources, agriculture and food security, human health, terrestrial ecosystems and bio-diversity, and coastal zones. For countries to understand their coal climate better and thus be able to predict local climate change, they must have adequate operational national systematic observing networks, and access to the data available from other global and regional networks, systematic observations of the climate system are usually carried out by national meteorological centers and other specialized centers.
