My experience working in Hotel, Fine Dining Restaurants and Cruise Ship Lines inspired me to write this book to help aid wine stewards. Keep a record of wines as you serve or taste them in the main section of this book will help you being conversant and confident in your craft. Fill each page with specific wine information mainly the wine name, vintage, aroma and jot few notes about the wine. This will enable you to remember specific wine more easily and describe your experience to your guest and friends. About the Author: Rich Barell, author, blogger, award winning bartender, cruise ship sommelier. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management, he has worked in the Hotel beverage department for 10 years. Has served as wine steward in various Head of the State dinners and functions. He also has a couple of stint as sommelier in French Cruise Ship. Rich currently resides in Northern California, an anchor blogger that writes various sports mainly NFL and an avid 49ers fan.
