This work provided unique insights into how energy drives success and failure in business but also in life.The need to access more energy while using less has shaped our biological, psychological and sociological evolution as well as modern day technologies, economies and businesses.In 2015 the author and his wife left their careers in the fossil fuel industry to start a company based on these insights. Iron Matrix is a solar based construction technology that gains access to more energy while using less. The goal was to generate and store energy cheaper than fossil fuels. Iron Matrix is a demonstration of how focusing on being Energy Wealthy allows us to both predict the future and flourish in it.
