Co-Leadership in Social Work With Groups explores the co-leadership phenomenon in the experience of social work students studying groupwork. It gives a background of co-leaderships original development, explaining that its presence as an educational modality was not developed deliberately nor with an understanding of its values as a learning tool. Social workers and students in the field learn about the widespread concern on the part of many social work educators that something was being violated in the extensive use of co-leadership in group work education.
