Its full of tips and recipes that will help anybody achieve similar results in the slow and steady journey of weight loss. “Diet”. A four letter word! If I had a dollar for every pound I’ve gained or lost, I’d probably be very rich. There was always a fad diet, the quick and easy way to lose weight. Well, they don’t work for me. A healthy lifestyle is not an easy thing to adjust to, but once you do, it’s amazing how much better you feel, physically and mentally. Some of the fad diets work temporarily, but if your goal is to get healthy, weight loss is just a part of the benefits. Being thin does not always mean “healthy and happy”. As clichéd as this is, eating a balanced diet and changing your lifestyle are what work. Trial and error is involved here because everybody is different and reacts differently. You need to find what works for you. I’ve tried no-carb and low-carb, no-fat and low fat, and pretty much every configuration out there. This is what worked for me, and I believe there is enough information here for you to work out which path is right for you.
