The Bikini Boss series is three different programs. Each program has a different style of training with a slight different focus. Each book is an 8 week program which can be done 2x. This complete series is an entire year worth of training. Book 1- Build and Grow will teach you how to lift in the gym and isolate muscle groups. Book 2- Burn and Shred will incorporate more athletic and high intensity training for speeding up your metabolism. Its still isolated so you don’t over train any muscle group. Book 3- Sculpt and Tone is strict isolation and designed to really make those muscles pop and show. The books are meant to done in order. The third book doesn’t go into the same amount of detail on form because you should already know before doing this part of the series.
